Jerking when the gas is off

Hi, we bought RZR S 900 y2017 some weeks ago. It’s jerking heavily when lifting the leg from the gas pedal and the speed drops below 30 kmh (18 mph). This week the variator was checked in the local Polaris service and they changed 3 weight arms. They also noticed that the variator’s bearing is the normal one and rolling to both directions even though normally EPS models have one-way bearing but didn’t change it. The belt has been changed last year.

Any ideas how to solve this jerking/jumping problem? I would highly appreciate some hints, it seems that the local service is a bit lost with the case.

Can you please provide a video showing the issue?

I think you may have a primary clutch that needs to be replaced. If they did not open up the entire clutch to examine it then they might have missed the problem. Also the secondary could be bad as well.
