2025 rzr pro xp ultimate and it won't pair with my ipod. It also won't play using the USB port. Any suggestions?

Following….i have the same issue almost.
iPod won’t work thru Bluetooth but will thru the usb port.
iPhone will connect immediately and work thru Bluetooth.
ive tried several different iPods also…..maybe something with iPod technology???
