The following is an excerpt from Bobt's tutorial on how to import .gpx files into BCN.
You should go to the GPS forum on this board. Tons of good info there and very knowledgeable members.
Installing GPS Tracks onto BCN
BCN uses standard GPX files. You will have to convert your Garmin GPS tracks file (*.gdb) to *.gpx. There are several programs that will do this. You can load them into Basecamp and then use "File|Export" to export them as *.gpx. Mapsource is supposed to but mine always errors out.
You can also use GPSBabel:
GPSBabel: convert, upload, download data from GPS and Map programs
You can also use GPSVisualizer:

Once you have your files in GPX format you need to put them somewhere on your Android device. You can just email them to yourself and then download the two files to your device. Downloading the files will put them in your “download” folder. You can also plug your device into your PC and transfer them.
Next open up BCN and go to "Settings|Trip Data" and select "Import Tracks or Waypoints" and select the tracks that you just put into your “download” folder or wherever you put them. This will import them into BCN.
GPX does not contain track color information so they will import to the default track color in BCN. You can change the default track color in "Settings|Track Options|Default Track Color".
You display your tracks by going to "Settings|Trip Data|Switch to another trip database".
All tracks will come in as this default color. You can change individual track color and waypoint Icons in "Settings|Trip Data". Your Trip should be displayed in the top box. Click on the top box and you will get a list view of your Waypoints and Tracks. You can select a Waypoint and change the name and/or icon symbol. You can select a track and click on the little paint can at the top and change the color of that track. If you are going to ride in an area where you do not have cell service you will want to "Select Areas for Download" and cache/download that area so you will have the map even though you don't have cell service.
