Hold mode button down and turn key switch on. Release button as soon as the display is activated. You have entered diagnostic mode. Using the button toggle to the service interval screen. Press and hold the mode button for 2-3 seconds, until the wrench icon flashes, then release button. Press and release the mode button once for each hour or press and hold to advance quickly to the hours you want for your next service. When desired setting is displayed, wait until the wrench icon stops flashing. The new service interval is now programed. Turn the key off and you will return to normal operation.
