How to reset ecu codes?

As i wrote on another thread, i have a rough low idle and stalling problem and didn't think of checking codes before i tried to find where the problem is by disconnecting a few connectors (bap and tps sensor) and would like to know how to reset the codes in the ecu and start over again.. Is it possible?

For all of you who read this post and did not answer or didn't know how... Just unplug the batterie for 5 minutes....
