I have seen many people ask about Jets and how to change them.
The jets can be changed without removing the carb from the engine. It's actually a very simple process.
Step 1. Order jets from Jetsrus.com
Step 2. Locate Carb and loosen fuel drain screw to empty fuel from the bowl

Step 3. Loosen but do NOT remove the screws holding the carb clamps
Step 4. Once the screws are loosened, rotate the top of the carb towards the front of the rzr until the carb is 90 degrees from where the normal position is. You will see the bottom of the carb.
Step 5. Remove the three screws highlighted by the arrows:

Step 6. Once the bowl is removed, pull off the White plastic cap. This cap is loosely attached. Becareful that the float pin does not slip out (Pointed to by the yellow arrow)

Step 7. Remove the Pilot Jet and reinstall with the new jet. ****note**** You are installing a brass jet into an aluminum housing. Do NOT use GORILLA hands. Just snug up the jet and then turn just another couple of degrees.

Step 8. Reinstall the white plastic difuser.
Step 9. Reinstall the Bowl. Be very careful that the O-ring does not slip out of the recess as shown below. When snuging up the float bowl screws do NOT use Gorilla Hands

Step 10. Rotate the carb back to the original position and snug up the carb clamps.
Step 11. Start Engine with Choke. Keep in mind the bowl is empty and it will take 10-15 seconds of cranking for the fuel pump to get fuel to the bowl.
Enjoy
