How Narrow can it get

I'm getting ready to order a turbo s, but want to make sure it'll fit in the toy hauler I'm buying (Forest River 26RR). No dealers around me have a turbo s in stock, so I can't take measurements there. My question is if I jack the front and strap it, how narrow will it be? I need to get it to 68" or less for it to fit and it will still rub if it's that wide. I'm also thinking I could make a wooden wheel just for loading and unloading, but not sure how much that will gain since the wheels seem to be a narrow offset as is.

If someone has another idea on making it narrower (other than getting a different toy hauler), I'd like to hear them.

If you don't have the machine or the toy hauler yet why would you even consider these two together. If you really want the Turbo S then get the correct toy hauler to put it in. All you are going to do is cause yourself a bunch of problems you could easily avoid by doing it right in the first place. That being said you can get a Turbo S narrower by jacking it up but you have to jack it up pretty high and then you will have height issues.

I have that same Grey Wolf 26rr 2018 by Forest R. I have a 55” 900. It barely fits. Your front left wheel will be next to left lower cabinet. Yes wheels will clear but you will hit the storage holder on the upper right. My roof barlely clears. I made a shit rig dolly for my old Hauler. Had to take the left tire off. It worked but sucked to do !!!! Hope this helps. Measure your roof clearance. And remember your left tire will be up against cabinet.

I have a 2018 T322 with a separate 12.5’ garage, there is a half bath against the wall that makes the front or rear tight depending which way you pull the turbos s in. I have between the half bath and wall exactly 75” and my turbo s uses all of it I mean touching the walls to the point I will have to put some diamond plate on them. I don’t think the turbo s will get to 68”. JMO

Ok I have a trip this weekend and have to strap the front to fit in my toyhauler.
I jacked the front up till the tires were off the ground strapped it and lost 5 1/2" width and gained 5" height.
A stock turbo s measures 74 1/2" with stock wheels and tires total width, so that will get you down to 69".
I hope this helps.

The Turbos S will never fit in it and if you did get it in there, you would have a serious weight issue for that toy haulers capacity. Not to mention, insurance companies would have a field day if you were ever in a wreck and someone was injured. I have a XLR NITRO 35VL5 and it is a tight fit, but no modifications need to be done, it will drive in no problems.
