I would prefer to run only on pump gas... I want nice clean reliable power so would 6lbs do the trick or so... would an intercooled system be a must needed option and would air to air work sufficient enough for southeastern riding?
Opinions?
6lbs:
Stock pistons
Premium 92+ fuel
No Intercooler
Low timing

8lbs:
if you added either air\water intercooler

Seems most agree you need @ least 10lbs of boost to keep up with XP's up to 65ish mph. But @ this level & above you would need Low Comp pistons & head studs to be reliable as stock would not live long.....

Nothing turns a grown man into a kid like "BOOST"........:)
Women don't understand ........

Ok so the main stuff would be a new rotating assembly with a high dollar billet crank, heads or head work with good studs/valves/springs and a air to water setup and have some race fuel around if i want to crank the boost up. I can deal with that and would rather build it right and not worry about it. I'm assuming the block become the next week point. I'll have to wait a few months to do all of that but I can wait. Well hopefully I can
