Depends. Took about 12 hours total including disassembly. Literally 4 of that was because the axles were stuck in the rear and required a lot of work to get them out. Then it took about an hour to get the alignment as you have to take the tires and tie rods off to adjust, ride for 10 mins and check again.

What options did you all select? New ball joints and bushings? What about axles?

 

I ordered the Rhino 2.0 axles. I have a 2017 with a little over 1100 miles on it so I believe I should be able to reuse the existing ball joints and bushings with no problems.

I should be getting the conversion kit in the next couple weeks and will hopefully start working on it by June 4.

 

I went with East lake axles. was like $250 for all 4. New American Star ball joints for about $80 for all 4. Then reused the sock bushings. All said and done the entire conversion cost about $1400 with brake fluid.
