How do you remove Polaris Glass Windshield?

Ok, I am sure I am missing something dumb, but I can not figure out how to remove the glass windshield. The clamps run the full length, and seem to. Not release when I push what. Looks like a release. I need to pull it to install the heater. I assume it is something simple.

Any ideas?

Squeeze and hold the spring loaded release and slide the entire clamp up towards the roof. They can be tough to slide sometimes but they'll go. Remove the 4 nuts and washers (2 on either side) and back off the bolts until they just clear the windshield bracket mount holes. You don't need to completely remove the bolts. I slotted the bracket mount holes in mine and used a couple of washers on either side of the bracket so I can just loosen the nuts to remove the windshield. Pull out the windshield at the bottom and allow it to slide down a bit to disengage the upper seal. Use a towel or something to protect your paint on the hood and fenders. The lower corners of the windshield can do some damage if allowed to contact the paint.

I'll have to look at what you used the Dremel on. I got the inside clamps off, but have not tried pulling the rest of the windshield yet.
