Anyone made them out of square tubing? I don't have a tubing bender to use round tubing.

 

You could make them with out a tubing bender i only have one bend in them. I have tubing knotcher it makes it nice but you could do with out that too if you had to

So,that scull is"The punisher"? I see them all over the place. Do you have a plasma cutter?

 

Yea, i cut it out with a plasma cutter. I have about 60 bucks in them 5 or 6 hours of time. Cut this grill out for my brother inlaws 800 a few months ago

Thanks alot! Im very pleased with how they turned out. i painted the punisher skull flat black to try to make it stand out a litle more

 

Those turned out great! I like the punisher add on. I just wanted to share my tree kickers I made, I wanted to keep the protection of the factory rock sliders but wanted kick outs too so I welded them straight to the Polaris sliders. I'm very happy with the turn out. If you click the image it will flip

 

Those look pretty good too. Thats how polaris should have made them to begin with

How are you guys mounting to the frame with the existing holes? Rivet nuts, ect. .?

 

I used 9/16ths bar stock and plug welded it in the tree kicker slide it in the holes ans used the existing t40 bolts to hold them in i can stand on mine no problems
