I have a 12 std le eps that I plan on installing 26x11x12 big horn 2.0 or backwater evos and 26x9x12 on the front. And I want to add some progressive springs to stock shocks. I know I will need yo do something with the rear engine mount, but how about the front clearance will it rub when I turn sharp or when the shocks are compressed. Would the +1.5 a arms be needed or not has any one used these and what is your opinion on them. I need to stay as close to 50" as I can. Also with 26's will I need or benefit from a clutch kit

You might just consider running 9" tires all around. Will keep you at or near 50".
Plus you will probably prefer the way it handles with the same tire size everywhere.

You will be alright in front, and yes, probably rub the mount on the back. We have run 26X9X12 bighorns which are oversize on the front stock wheels with no issues at all.
IMO, you will not need to mess with your clutch.
