Try this. It keeps everything as clean and dry as possible.

 

Perfect location although it all depends on if you play in the water a lot. Me that wouldn't work there cause i send mine like a submarine so I would put it towards top of bed behind drivers seat.

 

I put mine under the dash to the left of the Steering wheel.

 

Had mine there and it got wet and corroded.

 

I have mine up high under the dash on the 'firewall'

 

Very clean wiring setup. Are those blue sea fuse blocks?

Not to derail, but what are the boxes on either side of your fuse blocks?

The fuse blocks are made by ESSUPORT and the other blocks are HID system components. I removed the HID headlights so those are now gone. Still have the HID headlight system (plug and play) if anybody wants, just pay shipping.

 

Where is that? Front hood compartment?
