You wont need a clutch kit going from 29's to 30's but really depends on your riding style. If you really wanna do a clutch go with duraclutch its money though. I have 32's on my xp4, no clutch kit but I do have a gear reduction and have 0 issues. I primarily ride up in the mountains and go slow.

Ya you should with 30s. 32s is were you will really going to want a clutch kit, But a clutch kit will make it preform better. I'm going to run 30s with stock clutching, But we will see if I end up getting a clutch kit with them.

I will do that too, put some 30s and see if there's any difference on it

I am running 31’s on 15x7 (5+2) and installed a DynoJet clutch kit. The DynoJet is similar to the AA kit and the arms are adjustable if you decide to change your tire setup or your riding terrain. I am of the opinion that you don’t necessarily need a clutch kit with 30’s, you just won’t be running your engine in optimal performance range from an RPM perspective and maximum output. Some also might say its harder on belts….

You may hate a clutch kit. Most are intended for dunes and drag racing type stuff, mud pits, full throttle riding. They make the engine rev up more before taking off. Not ideal for trail riding. With such a little change in tire size, I’d just put one size stiffer spring in the secondary.
