is it possable to install a gear driven reverse from a turbo in a xp1000 i know you can install a input shaft from a turbo to have gear reduction and was wondering if the gear driven reverse was also able to be swapped in.

Doesn't look like it I've got an XPT transmission on the bench along with the XP transmission on the bench I'm replacing the cheap Chinese bearings that fail and looking at them right now there's an extra shaft an a gear that's in the XPT transmission that's not in the XP
I looked into this last year before buying an XPT transmission. About 90% of the internals are the same but the cases are significantly different to accommodate the gear driven reverse.
It will mount up fine, just have to order the XPT transjoint, XPT clutch housing and drill & tap the 3 M10x1.5 holes in the XP1000 case around the crank.
The XP1000 has a huge aluminum adapter that goes between the engine and transmission. You simply get rid of this and bolt on the XPT adapter which Polaris calls the Transjoint.
I’m not done with my swap, but I had the transmission installed in the pic using the SDI tool so I could build my plate below the transmission. 17 XPT trans bolted to a 17 XP engine. Granted you have to run a turbo driveshaft or modify the stock one, and use a complete XPT CVT housing and XPT clutches but it’s not anything overly difficult.
I helped a buddy install a 4 seater turbo trans in a 2 seater last year. He ordered all the parts to switch it over, we added a bracket from motor mount to aluminum belt housing to give a little extra strength, and take pressure off 3 bolts around crank case.
