I have heard of using those automobile spare donut tires/rim. Just need to drill out the appropriate lug pattern to fit the rzr.

Thanks guys! Just the ideas I was looking for. I will probably look for a couple space saver donut spares before to make my own wheels. Having a rubber tire will save the floor in my toy hauler.

 

How much room do you need. I jack the front of my car up with a floor jack and put a ratcheting strap across the A arms this gives me about 3 or 4 inches.

 

How high do you jack it up? Like until the front wheels are off the ground?
As a side note 14” wheels won’t fit, hits the brake caliper on my 19’ Turbo S.

 

He needs to lift the weight off the suspension so the wheels come in.

 

The cheapest 15" wheels you can find with the cheapest 15" trailer tires you can find. That should give you the much needed height you need.

 

14" Rzr wheels with bighorn tires is what I use on the front of my machine to get it to fit in my Toyhauler. Those stock 14" wheels fit just fine on front and rear without hitting anything. You will have to remove the rock scraper on the rear trailing arm though.

 

The 14” wheels from the Sportsman 550 I posted above ended up fitting after I removed about .010 from the inside lip. Maybe took 10min on each wheel with a die-grinder and a bit for aluminum. Overall I went from 73” wide to 70”. The 3” made a big difference for me. Thanks everyone for the advice
