Quite a few mods to it so you might have to chase it for a while till you find it but is it popping when the shocks are rebounding?

 

I dont have a 1k, but lots of people on here are having issues with the shocks. Several threads on here.

 

It's hard to tell if I have time I may throw my stock axles back in to rule out the rhino axles

Also I say when flexing but it's really only when one tire comes off the ground not really "flexing"

That pretty much tells me its the same problem I had and many others have and that is the free piston on the resivor has let the nitrogen leak into the shock oil. Its a pretty easy diagnosis. Jack it up loosen the springs as loose as you can get them, then remove the shock and spring. Then do this test that I did in the video. If it does like the first shock in the video thats your problem.

 

i don,t have a xp but a rzr s
ever since i put new shocks and springs it has done it, i suspect the mods may be causing it,
i have checked every thing too,
i can,t pin point where its exactly coming from either,
even put a go pro camera under there ??
guess i,m gonna drive it til something breaks lol

If you still have warranty you can go that route if not you will need to find a suspension shop.
Mine are at FCR now. Be sure and let us know what you find.

On my 900 it comes from the shocks fully extending. The piston hits the end of the shock tube and makes that thud or popping sound
