Have about 1300 miles and I have notice a noise seems to me to be coming from front drive line. Going down the street 2wd. Anyone have problems with the driveline or carrier bearing. It always had the vibration when it kick the 4wd under hard load.

Mine has a little rattle but greasing the slip yoke seems to help a little. I drilled a hole in my skid plate so I could grease it more often without removing the shifter console.
Mine makes a sound when I'm in 4wd. It almost sounds like a slight grinding noise. It doesn't do it in 2wd and it doesn't seem to have any side effects so I haven't messed with it.

I have a 900xp4 and mine has a vibration or grinding feel when in 4x4 under a load. It's always done it consistently. I've been told they all do it and it's normal. Kinda worries me, just doesn't feel right.
