Had the same problem with mine and got a rachet strap and managed to get one end on the axle and the other on a tree and started racheting. Once the strap gets so tight that it starts moveing the RZR get a slender steel rod and a hammer and slightly peck around the part of the axle that goes into the gear box. Be careful not to damage anything and look out when that axle comes out it will be sailing through the air. The problem is that the axle is rusted inside the gear box and needs to be broke loose. These gear boxes are different from most other atv's utv's because the axle is sealed off seperate from the gear box. In other words you could pull both front axles and go ridding and never loose a drop of gear fluid out of the front. Now the rear is a different story!

Make sure you get a good angle on them. I had a buddy use a cheater bar to bring the A-Arm up so that I could get a straight out pull.I couldnt budge the axle when it was on an angle. Hope this helps. Like another said, i put anti-seize on it before i put it back in b/c it did seem rusted in there.
