Usually EMP and they are a sponsor.

 

I ordered the flip-out windshield from EMP. It will be here in a week, I'll post some pictures when I get it. The front is compatible with the XP 1k but I dont think the rear of the cage is the same.

Does EMP have a soft rear windscreen like they do for the other RZR's?

Thanks for the info guy's I ordered front and rear from EMP last night found out there from Cleveland Ohio and I'm in Chillicothe Ohio,so that's awesome hopefully I'll have it tomorrow

They have listed that the rear for the XP 1000 is the same as the new 900

 

So I understand that most windshields (front & rear) fit the 900's and also the 1k's. Will a rzr 800 windshield not fit the new 900's? I have one, hence my question

 

No the cage on the 900 is totally different from the cage on the 800 so the windshield will not work

Got my front and rear window today from EMP, seem too like them so far they fit nice and I do like the rubber straps that hold them on super easy too take on and off!!!

 

Which windshield did you get? I see they have 3 different ones.

Do they sell the cooter brown roofs yet for the 900s?

 

I went with the hard rear, it fits nice and has the cut outs for the extended cage.

The 900 cage is the exact same as the XP 1000 cage,well pretty much everything from behind the seats forward is the same as the XP 1000

I didn't look too see if they had the cooter brown roofs but if they have it for the 1000 it will work,I made my roof from a sheet of aluminum well actually still in the process lol

I know the 1000 has those extra two roll bars in comparison to the 900.

 

It is my understanding that the polaris rear windscreen goes in front of the rear cross bar making it impossible to attach a bag to the bar if you want. The emp rear goes behind the bar so you can still use a rear bag.

 

Looks like it should work just fine.

I went with this one,fits nice,I like the rubber straps they use too mount the windshield,easy too take on and off.

And hopefully being the hard coat it won't scratch vary easily unlike my last home made window I had on my 800S

I grabbed the rear dust cover stopper on ebay as well as the tilting full windshield there as well. Both seemed nice!

I also grabbed the Polaris poly Sport roof from the XP1000. It looks better than the older ones where they cut in on the sides and if it rained you got wet!

 

I have the 1K Aluminum roof, full windshield, rear window and winch bumper on my 900S from EMP. Great fit! Looks killer!

 

Has anyone seen this windshield before, its on Craigslist (denver) says its full glass with a vent. just trying to get input before i order it?
