I'm researching xp pros. I hear great things about the dynamic shocks but the additional cost has me questioning whether it's worth the cost. For those who upgraded from non live to live shocks, any regrets?

I love the Dynamix. I like to drive fast at times and as the terrain changes from roads, to tight trails to wide open sections, to rock crawling, to rocky high country stuff, you can quickly switch back and forth between the modes. It takes some time to get in the habit of switching between modes but once you get used to it, it really changes the driving experience. My Turbo S doesn't have the Oh Sh!t button like the PROXP but I have gotten fast enough at reaction to flip it to Firm on G-outs. Just not as easily.

If you hit breaks fast(some say twice) and then mash throttle it will stiffen up the suspension in the front end for 3 or 5 seconds. Once you pay attention that's usually what I do automatically when I see something big last second. Your body automatically wants to hit breaks then you realize going way too fast to stop and hammer it.

I have a 2019 Turbo S with Dynamix 1.0 and I will tell you the Dynamix are worth every penny! Almost wish I waited for the pro model to come out so I could have the 2.0 and the stearing wheel controls. Other than that I have ZERO complaints! You will be happy you went with it :)

Happy with Dynamix, not so much with the Polaris springs...they went away quickly.

I have a 19 Turbo S with dynamix suspension and it is the best riding car I have ever owned. I have my suspension dialed in with re-valve and re-sprung shocks. My friend has a 20 Pro XP4 that is completely stock. I got to drive his car over 3 days on a trip this summer. I put about 250-300 miles on that car on every type of terrain you can imagine. His car stock with the dynamix 2.0 suspension is almost as good as my heavily modified car. The dynamix 2.0 just flat out works better than the original dynamix system. On my Turbo S comfort starts at 0, sport starts at 5, and firm is 10. On the dynamix 2.0 comfort starts at 0, sport starts at 3, and firm is at 6 then you have the Oh shit button that goes to 10. I primarily ride my turbo S in Sport most of the time. I almost don't ever use firm as it goes to full hard on all of the shocks. The dynamix is worth every penny you will spend on it. People who say it is not worth it have never tried it. I would never go back to a machine that has the old Walker Evans needle shocks. Now if they made a 72" wide model with Walker Evans Velocity shocks I would take a close look at that but it would be hard to give up the Dynamix suspension. I have a 21 Pro XP4 ultimate on order and can't wait to get it.

My last 2 cars have dynamix... I probably won't ever buy another one without it. I can ride 15-20 mph faster on most trails than a non-dynamix with out even noticing that I am driving faster. When we ride as a group we are always waiting for the XP1K at the next fork in the trail.

I bought at WE model because of the price difference. You can do a lot of other things to it for the $4000 less price tag. I'm a slow technical rider. Skids, high clearance, big tires, winch, body protection, etc mean more to me than the dynamix stuff. I see your name on here is "apexeater" though so I'm thinking you probably ride a little faster than i do. Probably a lot faster.
