I had a hole punched in the aluminum half of the clutch case and had to take it off to patch it up. To get it off you have to take off 2 bolts that support the transmission, and with them out the transmission can move around a bit.
Will I need a clutch alignment tool when torquing those bolts back down down or will the clutch case align me since the engine hasn't changed position?
Also, any tips on cleaning the gunk/belt dust off the outside of the transmission shaft bearing?
Pics of hole attached.
