i am going to either do a turbo or the Weber been trying to decide, what exactly are ALL the things you need when you do the turbo? Ive been reading these threads and it seems you have to or should do pistons and all kinds of other things. If I do the turbo I want to get whatever I need so it stays together, is there any kind of a list of EVERYTHING you need to do?

LOL just asking questions not trying to piss everyone off! Damn! Obviously from what I read alot of turbo RZRs have had alot of problems, everything has problems, Im just trying to figure out what I want.:hijacked:

In Anderson 8 miles from here, Looney Tooners performance.
I know those guys, they had there Dyno at dunefest 2008..........I had them tune and dyno our quads, good bunch of guys.
Yea they will be doing Weber or turbo whichever I decide on. So the belts are the main issue with the turbos? If you run the turbo at a lower boost, it seems it wouldnt be so hard on the motor? Most you guys running 11psi? what is the horsepower when you drop to 8 or 9?

That sounds great but I would still have to get motor mounts and whatever else Wasteland has with there kit. Sounds like a awesome dealer for someone more mechanical than me, I wouldnt know where to start with that.:pint:

Im kinda looking at both as the weber is a motor that was built with the turbo and its used in a polaris snowmobile and its built to put out that kind of horse power so I would think it should be reliable being a stock motor. The turbo on the polaris motor is an afterthought on a motor that wasnt made to put out double the hp. I realize there are belt and maintenance issues you need to keep up on I just dont want the thing breaking down all the time. I wanted something you can rely on and not be worried about getting to far out and having it break. There seems to be some with turbos which havent had many problems but from what Ive read thats not the norm.
