Got code 520208 while riding today. Seem like 4wd wasn't working either.
Came home cleaned machine. Notice headlights weren't working. Checked codes again 520208 & 746

520207 = All Wheel Drive Control Circuit (AWD) Driver Circuit Open / Grounded

746 = Rear Differential Output Driver Circuit Open / Grounded

Since the issue is in both Diff circuits I would take a good look at the AWD switch. maybe some corrosion.

PM me your email address.

fuse, 10 amp i'd check first. even if it doesn't look bad it's worth putting in a spare.

Yes, and check for corrosion in the fuse box as well. I have already had to put some dielectric grease on some of the fuses and circuit breakers. Others have had major issues with fuse box corrosion.

FYI ... I went into the fuse box pulled all fuses and relays, All had signs of corrosion Blew out all the moisture with compressed air , then spray with contact cleaner. Cleaned up the fuses and relay prongs put a little dialect grease on everything. Ready to go not. Thanks everyone for the advice

Welcome to the forums Rick.

Check the fuse box for corrosion and moisture. Check the front differential electrical connection for moisture/corrosion.

Does the fuse blow as soon as you switch to AWD?

I would disconnect the front differential connection and see if the fuse still blows. If no, I would check the connector for a short.

If the fuse still blows, I would pull the dash and check the AWD switch for corrosion.

Do you have the base model or EPS model? (with turf mode?)

can you post the exact codes you are getting?

520207 All Wheel Drive Control Circuit (AWD)

...............................................FMI......PCode
Driver Circuit Open / Grounded.......5........P1836
Driver Circuit Short to B+..............3........P1835
Driver Circuit Grounded.................4........P1834

What FMI are you getting? (number at the bottom of the display)

746 Rear Differential Output
Driver Circuit Open / Grounded.......5........P1691
Driver Circuit Short to B+..............3........P1692

If you haven't do so, you might try to disconnect the rear differential. The connector is on the driver side behind the clutch cover.

If that doesn't keep the fuse from blowing, I check all of the wires. The FMI code may tell you what to be looking for.

Similar question here about the codes. Last evening i took out the 10amp "drive"fuse for observation then turned the key on; the check engine light comes on(with fuse out'). code displayed is "746" with a 5 which is (driver circuit open grounded) so i turned the key off, installed the 10 fuse in the correct spot, and turned the key back on & started the machine.

Code still appears on the instr. cluster; so.......
My question is, will the light eventually go off? Or does the dealer have to clear the code?

I had the code 520207 (4) and kept blowing drive fuses when switching to awd.So I brought it to the dealership and a week later they said it was fixed. Went to pick it up and they said they just put a 25amp fuse in place of the 10amp. Now as a service techinician for 18 years this is usually not how it is done but I figures they new better than me. Took it home and took it off the trailer and put it in awd and pop! I was so furious there is no way they tested it! After doing some tests myself I decided to unplug the rear diff solenoid that engages turf mode, installed a new 10 amp fuse and walla everything works perfect again but the turf mode. So now I know that it was a bad rear diff solenoid. Called the owner of the dealership and told him how unprofessional they are and I want it fixed and my 6 month warranty extended to 2 years! And they agree!
