Sounds like a relay. I would pull the fuse box cover and inspect. Check the fuses and try swapping some of the relays around to troubleshoot. I think there is a main accessory relay that would be most suspect. Also check your battery terminals are tight and chassis ground is good. Verify power at the bus under the hood.

Just went through this I replaced the gear selector switch and the speed sensor...DONE!!!
