last weekends ride i noticed a check engine light when we stopped for a campfire lunch, after lunch it had gone away. on the way back to the staging area, it popped up again, it seems intermittent.
when I put the unit in storage that night, i started it and no check engine light, next day i ran it long enough for the fan to come on, and sure enough the light came back on and threw the code again

code is 520208 4, refers to the chassis relay driver being grounded

has anyone seen or heard of this issue before? am i going to have to pull off my skid plate and inspect all the wiring harnesses, or is it likely just a bad relay? the fuse/relay box itself is immaculate and bone dry.

unit is a 2015 rzr 900 trail with about 1300kms on it

Turned out to be water in the wiring harness underneath the fuse box where everything comes in and terminates, i tried putting the fan relay in the chassis relay spot and it was doing the same thing, after taking the key out the relay would remain powered up for longer than the usual 10-15 seconds.

As i was putting the relays in and out sometimes it would click on just from torquing the relay to the side a bit which told me it was wiring (probably moving the wires slightly underneath and making/breaking the connection with mud)

Sprayed the crap out of the wiring harness with WD40 and that solved the problem, now i just need to figure out what to do to prevent moisture from getting in there again, since that thing is only like a foot or two off the ground.

I went all over Every connection in the wiring harness last Saturday with contact clean and dielectric grease and cleaned under the fuse box my brother in law is a mechanic he gave me this stuff that is for electrical that is a clear rubber spray that I sprayed on the bottom I will get with him to get the name of it tomorrow
