I ordered a belt already. No tool. I'll try the 3/8 extension

 

I watched this then did mine

 

Don't forget to clean the clutch surfaces with scotch bright and brake cleaner. Also clean the new belt per instructions (I used dawn dish soap hot water and a brush in the kitchen sink when momma wasn't home ;-) ) as well as break in . I guess some do and some don't but I did on the one belt I've changed on my XP900.

 

a friend of mine has a small pry bar he got from sears. it has an adjustable angle head on it. works awesome. i have a larger one, but its to big.
