well of course hes going to praze them up. he's selling them.

are the stock polaris bushings Delrin as well?

Are the garage products the same material that super daves uses?

Something to remember When buying replacement bushings for anything. . Delrin / Acetal and Polyurethane are not great materials for Atv and UTV applications . Polyurethane is injection molded and not custom sized for each application and delrin is used because it can be machined very fast on CNC machinery . Our special grade of UHMW is a pain in the butt to machine and requires skills and technique to properly manufacture quality parts . A machinist has to go old school with this . It is worth it in the end .

This has gone pretty far south and out of context with the original question OP.

I am not a machinist or engineer, many here are. Just an interested rzr owner looking out for one another. Relaying to you a superior product that many users have found beneficial, your call.

I'm going out on a limb and say no way on the OEM bushings being Delrin.
After taking the dern things apart myself, i just gotta say how does anyone expect those to last in an off-road application.

I still rate GP as #1 - again, your call

Iam not looking for a set of bushings. if people want to pay 500 dollars for a set of bushings you have more coin burning a hole in your pocket then me.
Iam looking for pivot tubes that are not going to wear like the factory ones.
I understand there are some good options out there but, 500 dollars is rediculous, like i can't even explain how rediculous that sounds.
I can get a full set of polyuerathane for 180 dollars and i know for a fact they will keep up with any of the garage product ones or the high $$$ super dave ones.

The problem is these don't come with tubes and i can't seem to find a good alerative.

These are pretty close and are stock sizes. When tolerances are included my guess is our tubes are one of these stock sizes. They might be what you are looking for. Conversion mm/25.4 = inches.

Order Alloy Steel 4130 Tube in Small Quantities at OnlineMetals.com

Chromoly steels are pretty soft (Rockwell 90-95B range) unless heat treated/case hardened.

Edit: Looking closer the OD is .625 (5/8) and the ID is .407 which is about 13/32. That is a bit of an odd ball I think. The ID may need to be turned to get that.

Is the 10.33mm measured on a new tube?

12 gauge 5/8" tubing should be .407" inside diameter. I would think that is going to be as close as you get without machining.

those numbers come right from Polaris's OEM part catalog. So i assume they are the correct ones,
