I need an Inverter - 400-750 Watt. I don't know much about this, but would like to get one I could take with me on the RZR as well as use with my truck. I would just like to hear which ones are good and which ones to avoid

thanks

Are you wanting to hardwire or something portable...? Most likely hardwire (most cig plugs are 75-200watts) i would assume. You will have to of course keep them dry and out of the mud. Im not sure a RZR charging system/battery is up to running a 750watt inverter...especially if you are running stock batt and charging system.

Ive had a few different types, ranging from the cheapo black and decker walmart style to a real nice xantrax(i think that was it?) that was on my boat....All depends on your budget. But first i would consider your charging systems capabilities.

The small electronics can be charged through the 12 volt system more reliably and convienently than goint from the 12V to inverter and back to the usb plug, just get a 12V USB plug adapter.
400 Watts ona standard RZR charging system would be pushing thr Charging system to the limits, unless you add the 35 amp alternator kit anf heavy duty batteries.I had 800 watt inverter for my boat, but with two 35 amp alternators and 5 batteries.
Use charcoal and gasoline and you got an instant heating source.:scared2::scared2::campfire_flames_md_
