I just returned from a long trip (300 miles in Baja Mexico) with 4 other RZR 1000s. 2 XP1000 and three guys in XP4s. 3 of us did not have beadlocks and two did. The two with beadlocks had multiple pinch flats while those of us without had no problems whatsoever. Anyone else ever experience this?

Only two in our group had the stock wheel / tire setup from Polaris and one had aftermarket rims with no beadlocks. No flats on any of these.

Thanks for the info. The lowest pressure was 16 psi. I saw it with my own two eyes and own accurate tire gauge. These guys are also very experienced drivers and mechanics. Both cars didn't have the same tires. The one that experienced 3 flats was running Mongrels. (Don't remember what the other was running.) I'm not looking to point fingers and I'm not going to argue about the tire pressure. I simply wanted to know if anyone else has had the problem. If so, what did you do to fix the problem?

Put more air in the tires and don't center punch big rocks

Did you need to modify fenders to fit the 30" mongrels? I am running stock tires and have split the centers twice now with under 300 miles on them. Un-patchable even using my arb plug kit still leaks
I don't want smaller size tires and Im trying to figure out what to buy

Thanks

I also have the 30" mongrels an MSA beadlocks. Just got two flats and am going to swap them out for 31" BGF Mud Terrains. They were great at first then not so much... I put several hundred miles on them in baja and ridgecrest, then went to barstow and blew them left and right.
