Mine has 4 sleeves over my ball joint pins. I bought my rig used and have no way to know if they are oem or if someone made them. Ill try to get a pic this evening.

Sleeve was worn out. Made a replacement sleeve.

Ive never seen a sleve in my two rzrs. Maybe the xp has one factory but I dont think so

Im thinking the previous owner let the ball joints get loose in the spindle and had the sleeves made. Better than paying full price for spindles I suppose.

I just drilled and tapped the top of my ball joints and added a grease zert. I now grease them every month. Also they are life time warranty..btw I have 3700 miles on my RZR 4..sand rock snow ect...

Factory ball joints with a lifetime warranty? My dealer doesnt offer anything like that. Where do you get them?

This works for the top ball joint but I doubt a zirc on the bottom would survive

Longer than stock im sure but they are lifetime warranty. Ill just change them out for free when they get loose.

Have you had a chance to get the a arms done ? I wondering how the lower ball joints are holding up.

Lowers are holding up great. Have not had time to build the upper A arms yet.

I have an xtra set of SuperATV hi clearance 1.5" forward arms that I'm going to put them in. I like the ides of being able to change a ball joint on the trail easily. The uppers already have the threaded adj. ones.

I like those arms. If it wasn't for the junk Polaris joints I'd be running them.

Just fyi, Superdaves sells greasable ball joints for the 900. I picked some up to put in my new suspension but don't have any testing info for you as of yet.
