We're having some big problems with our dealer AV Polaris Yami.

We've heard Polaris Customer service is pretty bad.

Anyone have their Phone number and any tips on dealing with them?

It's starting to develop into a Lemon Law issue and we'd rather get the Rzr S fixed.
Thanks

I know this is a very old thread. However, I just got off the phone with Polaris in regards to an issue with my machine that has never been resolved in the year I owned the machine. The number listed above (1 800-304-6067) is valid. The customer service people are very friendly, but you wont find much support from Polaris even when it's their fault. Documentation is your best tool. If they don't have official Polaris Repair notes submitted by the dealership, Polaris will only listen but never make things right.

Hello! We do appriciate that you acknowledge that the people themselves on the phone are friendly. I just wanted to take this opportunity to tell you the best way to deal with us at consumer service. I know It is very frustrating when we are not able to do something about the issue, But it is very important that you do call and express your concerns. All complaints and product satisfaction issues do get reviewed to make the process and our service process better and easier for you. If you are having dealer issues please call us and we will document your concerns and we can also refer you to a reigonal dealer that is in very good standing with us.

Your Polaris warranty is only as good as the dealer your working with !!! Our dealer out here in Lake Havasu Arizona is a great one. Ive been buying Polaris Atv's and Parts off them for over 10 years. Matt & Lisa, Jack ,AJ , Ed, Brandon and all the rest down there care. How ever you can't please everyone but I wouldn't be still sending my friends and anyone who's interested in a Polaris to them if this wasn't true. Try another Dealer if possible good luck

This last Fall I went to a dealer, made a decision on what I thought I wanted. I asked if they could order me one, and I was willing to leave a deposit.

They would not order one, nor take a deposit.

I called Customer Service and related the above. Customer Service called me back with in a hour, gave me the name and number of a different dealer.

I went down the next day to that dealer and bought my RZR.

My only contact with Polaris Customer Service was nothing but 100% satisfaction.

i broke mi transmission going on reverse, didnt knew what was going on until i hit the gas again and the hole thing broke... i have 7 months with the rzr xp4 1000 and has only 80 miles on it.. i went to my dealer and told me they coudnt do anything about it because the warranty only covers 6 months but one guy ho works there told me to talk directly to polaris and that they might help me because its a malfunction that polaris knows about it..
the main problem is that the transmission its very expensive and might happend again, someone told me about the highlifer edition transmission but my dealer doesnt have a clue about that..
what do you all know about it, and do think i might get help from polaris..?
