I keep hearing some sort popping noise coming from the rear of my machine. Sometimes on the left sometimes on the right. Took it to dealer they couldn't replicate the noise. It won't happen on hardtop, just on trails. The only thing I've thought of is where I adjusted my shocks up two clicks maybe springs popping or something. Idk. Any ideas?

I second the sway bar. It seems a lot were sent out loose. Try to tighten it up, or, if you want, take it off.

I took mine off! I ride in alot of mud and rocky trails and it does awesome. Now when I get out driving fast on some of these back country roads I do notice it will tilt more around turns. I put it back on for our last ride and well.... let's just say I took it off when we got back. I can deal with the tilting. If you ride fast alot then you probably want it on, but it you do alot of off road slow technical driving then off is better. I also found out if you have the sway bar off the turn up your dampers. Out of 20 clicks to the right, I ride at 15 clicks and it rides really nice.

You will get better articulation and a smoother ride while trail riding. However, you will have more body roll. I took the front off of mine it made a heck of a difference. (My front sway bar was what was popping.)

The pros sound good but my Rzr is so tipsy already the body roll scares me lol. I will be checking the sway bars out tomorrow tho cuz that popping drives me nuts. Can't stand having something brand new and it making these noises. First vehicle I've bought new tho guess I'm just paranoid. Thanks again man god bless

My front end sway bar makes so much noise lol. Got to tighten that both up . I had to lock tight the rear bolt threw the a arm due to it coming loose every couple rides

What Bill said and also Check the distance between the bottom of your sway bar and your lower a-arms.....

Jacked up my machine by control arms to pre load the suspension to find the sway bar being responsible for the popping noise . They should have put a few more washers under the nut to keep pressure on the rubber grommets. Will be doing that tomorrow I'll let you guys know how it works out confident it will fix the ishue . What's happening is the sway bar is sliding side to side due to it being loose in there when suspension is unloaded (fully extended) .
