Hey all just curious if anybody has used this filter or knows anything about their reputation or anything like that. I noticed it is similar to the UMP and DFR filters you were talking about in another thread.

The vented one is used on the Dunebuggies. My friend has one and it actully keeps dirt out via Cyclone effect. made for dusty/silt. They came out with these years ago for the buggies and have just changed the inlet to 3" dia for RZR's. I have the snorkel version above and its an effective barrier between my stock air box and engine. 2 weekends running since I bought mine.

Also since it has a larger dia filter, you get longer life out of it and it won't clog like the smaller ones plus more CFM=more horespower. I think there site says 495% better. They said it will go 800 miles without cleaning and with no oil involved . Plus I think you can get other colors too. I think green would be cool for the green RZR.

I was also checking this filter out. I tried talking the manufacturer down on price to no avail. Apparently they are selling these to dragon fire, and won't budge from the retail price. I found another manufacturer a little cheaper. Heard recently heard Polaris has recall on filtration. Anyone else heard this? In the mean time try this on for size.TMWOFFROAD TAKE TIME TO PLAY

If you go with the slotted Cyclone you have to close off the hole in the airbox since it does not use it anymore.
They have a semi- sealed unit that uses the airbox for wet conditions.
Thay also have a fully sealed unit with O Rings for deeper mud and water crossings.
They are top notch systems, I have a fully sealed one on the way. Hope this Helps.
