With less than 6 hours on my 2020 RZR, I noticed a very loud and annoying rattling coming from the right rear side of the RZR. While on the trail, I couldn't narrow down the location except to say it was coming from the right side of the engine and was constant at around 3,000 RPM. I checked the oil level as a precaution. Oil was good. I've been cussing about this all week to my wife. Then tonight, I ran the engine up to 3,000 RPM and she began poking around. She quickly found the noise coming from the heatshield that wraps around the exhaust header (pictured). Tomorrow, I'm going to get a stainless hose clamp to wrap around the heatshield. That should fix it. I'll post otherwise.

I'm gonna look at mine also because I'm hearing the same noise on my 2020 xp 4 1000..Thanks for checking that.
Well, that's not it, I just checked my heat shield and it is super tight. almost feels welded in place..
When I got my 2019 HLE this heat shield was making contact with the one below it and was making a god awful racket.
