Relocated factory battery. Yellow Top Optima in RPM box. The complete system is only ran off the Optima, not tapped in to the factory charging system. Optima will be charged at camp when needed.

Charging posts, no need to pull seat. It leaves next week for cage, seats, and 5 pt harnesses.

4g ran through liquitight, secured to frame with adel clamps and pop rivets. Not going anywhere.

Damn Damn Damn! That's the system I have been looking to put together (all Alpine). Hadn't thought to put speakers mid-floor. It appears all your speaker pods are custom made - looks awesome! The 12" is where others are placing their 10"s.

Now I have something to really convince my wife with! Been reading about "glassing" speaker enclosures, how did you develop the contours under the dash for the sub?

Keep up the great work. Lets' see more pics.

The first box I fabbed for a 10" sub took about 7-8 hours. Now I have a jig so I can reproduce them. This was the first 12" I did. I just cut the face off of the 10" box and added the speaker ring for the 12". The rest is fiberglass and sanding, sanding, and more sanding.

Here's another one I did with the 10"

Let me know what the wife says. Ready to make more:)

Awesome Job!! I have been wanting to build and glass a box for my system. Any more pics on the process of building/glassing a box or pointers this will be my first attempt. I have done some fiberglass work on Jetskis, never anything from scratch though.
