This is sweet. I need friends like you. I am assuming you used the alpine amp because it's about the only amp able to fit in the front compartment. What is the power rating & price for it?

The sub box and pods are resined then texture coated then sprayed with SEM flat trim black. The underside of the hood lid has seal on it.
This RZR is strictly for Glamis sand dunes. We have no streams or rivers here.
I guess the answer would be yes and no. The box and pods are 100% waterproof. Ipod holder not. Headunit yes. I havn't sprayed water on the hood yet to check.

I love Alpine. Oh, and a friend of mine is an Alpine rep. The PDX4.150 lists for $750.00. You can find them cheaper on the net. This paticular amp was tested at 164wX4.

Thanks for the props. I'm not an installer. I'm a mechanic. I do this as a hobby. I just like to fabricate stuff.

The ipod holder is from Pro Armor. They also sell different mounting kits (handlebar, roll cage clamps...) That would have been too easy and it's all about being different.
I fabricated the iPod mount using fiberglass mat, 1/4"mdf, Marglass,Rage Gold, spot putty, SEM tecture coat, and finished it off with SEM flat trim black. And there was some sanding involved, alot of sanding.

Re: /////Alpine RZR tunes (with 10" sub)
Everything is for sale.
SSV Works sells speaker pods for I think $160.00 a pair. $160.00 wouldn't even get me to open my pail of resin. But no one makes a sub box for a 10" to mount under the dash like mine, yet
Not sure if this is gen 1 or 2. How do you tell?

Re: /////Alpine RZR tunes (with 10" sub)
look at the hood gen 1 has 4 mounting screws gen 2 and 3 have 2 up by the windshild only... some parts of the body are diff and the spot were you have the speakers is also diff on gen 1 vs 2,3
