Went to pull the 570 out of the garage and when it was placed in reverse and gas pedal pushed check engine light came on and it didn't want to move just shut off. Same thing when put in low or high I got an Error code of 0, SPN 520194 and FMI of 7.......any help would be appreciated....

Speaking of which, I do have the Service Manual...but I be darned if I can find a listing for the error codes. Where do they live?
If it's the same as mine, starts on page 4.34 or page 174 of the PDF. If a different year from the 2012, the chart is in the EFI DIAGNOSTICS section. Of course, that code doesn't exist in the 2012 service manual, since the vane sensor didn't exist until 2013. Some engineer's bright idea, maybe the same one who changed the intake?

it the code for the Vane Sensor. The sensor is located on the gas pedal. It is a device that was installed on 2013 RZR's and later. One work around is before you start the RZR step on the gas several times before starting. The sensor is made up of a magnet and reed switch. The switch will hang up and not work properly. If you RZR is under warranty talk to your dealer. There are a number threads on the topic.

Checked on some of those threads, ( maybe what I should have done first )....and I will be damned if another wasn't just about the same as mine. I did just install a winch, and disconnect a battery that was low on charge.....but after the install I did ride around for about 10-15 minutes...and when I brought the RZR home the wife drove it up and down the street a couple of times and it was fine.....after finding out it was something with Vane sensor I went outside and played with the gas pedal and moved the wiring a little....well low and behold problem is gone...it started up and moved when placed in gear...Not saying that I didn't do something while installing the winch (but have 17 years experience in Ford transmissions, so I have worked around nuts and bolts before)...May have to look a little deeper into it.......

Started mine up yesterday and I had the engine light come on when I pushed the gas. I'm two months out of warranty so of course I'm thinking worse case scenario. Luckily, after reading another thread, I pushed the accelerator several times before starting and it cleared up. It is frustrating that they put this sensor on for no apparent good reason.
