Technically we rate the max tire size with 4" portals on your stock suspension at a 33", but you'll be totally fine with a 34". I wouldn't worry about it at all.

 

So with a 4+3 wheel, a 10” tire and 4” SATV portals what am I looking at for width? 77”-78”?

I would say right about there. I have 4-3 10” tire on my ‘15 and I’m just shy of 70” wide. Plus the 8” from the portals should but you at 78” or a tad under

Its not until you jump up to 35" tires that forward a-arms will be needed.

You can run 35's easy with forward arms and different tender springs. Dont forget a good clutch kit. From my experience with the weight of my xp4, it would be a lot better running 35's if I would have went with portals. The 35's really tax the belt even with the clutch kit.

Everytime your suspension compresses while going down the road, your rzr is going to be putting pressure on your camper's walls. I bet the ol camper will love that.

just a fyi superatv is very tight on their tire size i understand why but their website states max tire size is 39 for the 3-5 lift with forward arms and 4in portals but i fit 42s with that combo with a very slight trim on the very corner of the fender some setup with 8in portals states 44 max i was running 46s with no issues

Stock skids vs ricochet skids picked up from ProUTVparts.

 

Ran on stock a-arms as long as I could waiting os SATV to make a boxed arm that was 1.5” forward but with stock ball joints going out I ordered 1.5” forward Chromoly arms. Fitment was great, good job SATV. Also added RZR Aid tender springs when the arms went on, I’m still undecided on these.

 

New Beadlock Wheels sitting in the box for over 7 weeks now waiting on 35” Roxxzillas.

Looks like an enclosed trailer, not a camper. Doubt it would phase it. I have beds, cabinets, tool boxes,etc. mounted that put more pressure on the trailer walls than that would. Although I would likely move the spare tire mount to get some extra room.

 

Hasn’t seemed to affect it.. and yes it’s basically an enclosed gooseneck with a slide.

Girl got some new shocks, the stock WE had RZR Aid tender springs. Replaced with a set of Fox shocks from a XPT my buddy had laying around that he took off with low miles. Added a set of RZR Aid tenders for the Fox 2.5’s and 3.0’s, super happy so far with the change.

 

Out with the 34” Roctanes and in with the 35” Roxxzillas and new System 3 SB-3’s.

 

Finally got the SandCraft Steering Stabilizer in along with drilling the steering rack out and replacing with larger bolts. Also got the double shear setup done for the tie rods on the portal brackets. Just waiting on the front shocks to get back from Fox.
