Slight edit to this statement although 95% true: "...in normal driving conditions."

Most people would never be able to out drive a Toyota Camry, so why buy a Corvette? Most people would never need anything bigger than a 1/2ton truck, so way so many have 3/4tons, etc... Same could be said about hunting and gun calibers.

You dont buy the Pro XP with the intent to go balls to the wall and race down the trails; you buy it for that 5% of the time that you want it and you'd never be able to do with a XP1000. Side by side comparison, in any situation you could possibly come up with, the Pro XP will beat the XP1000 and it has nothing to do with driving skill, the PXP is that much better.

Story: riding with a buddy on the trails there is a section of lose sand about a 1/4mi long. I was in back with my PXP and they were leading with a XP1000. I turned on 4wd and past him like he was standing still and I had a smile on my face a mile wide; thats why I have a PXP! There is nothing even the best driver in the world on that machine could have done in that situation, even if they out drove the XP1000 and I didnt even come close to scratching the surface of the PXP.

IMO the only consideration between the 2 should be budget, which is relative to the buyer. This is not something I or anyone else could tell you, and you'd have to decide for yourself if its worth it.

When I bought my new machine it was a toss-up between a PXP and a KRX. I was about to decide when the '24 XP was released.

Once I saw the new XP, which is superior in just about every way to the pre-2023 XP's, I knew it was going to be my new machine.

My hesitancy on the KRX was that I didn't want to have to learn the quirks of a different brand and the new XP fixed that.

Is the PXP a better machine? Absolutely. But is it a better machine for you is the question.

My only negative on the '24XP is I think the Ultimate should have come with Dynamix, but then you are putting the price point closer to the PXP so probably why they didn't.

You really can't go wrong with either one.

They are both built for the same thing, but the Pro is superior in every way/shape/form other than the $$$COST$$$. Power, suspension, frame, aftermarket, etc etc etc... you name it, the Pro is better than the XP 1000.

Sorry, but this is the dumbest question:
Whats better on gravel = PXP
Whats better on trail = PXP
Whats better on sand = PXP
Whats better in mud = PXP
Whats better rock crawler = PXP
Whats more reliable = PXP, the '24 XP1000 is a new refresh remains to be seen long term but the PXP is rock solid!
... but I cant afford a PXP, then why are you even asking?

PLAIN AND SIMPLE - If you are asking the question, then I assume you have the budget, in which case the decision is that easy, Pro, end of story!
