got the wheels and tires on last night. 32x10-15 terrabites on 15x7 system 3 sb5’s. Broke the very last bolt on one of the beadlocks somehow but was able to get it out with an extraction bit and get it right. Not sure how that happened I was using a torque wrench and tightening to 15ft/lbs per system 3’s website, but oh well
Were you using anti-seize? Or anything else that would lubricate it? When using anti-seize, which I always do on my rings, I torque to 60-65% of recommended.

I wonder if 33 terrabites would be a better size. Do you feel the difference in weight without clutch change? (assuming you havent changed it out). On my 900s there was quite a bit of noticeable difference before i changed to a duraclutch but my riding is much more logging roads etc, so a harder tire works much better for me.
Nah hardly can tell the difference. Low feels much more usable now. I debated between the 33’s and 32 actually started a thread about it lol. I ended up just going with the 32’s and happy I did

Nah i torqued them dry. I ditched the torque wrench and just tightened it by hand now. I got a pretty good calibration in my hand lol

Installed the wd electronics sequential turn signal kit over the weekend. Nice kit but a little pricey for what it is. The wife got it registered this morning so we’re street legal now
I hate that there is really no good place to put the module. After I got it installed, I thought that maybe I should have rewired some of it and put the module under the driver's seat.

I ended up going with the cheap kemi one. Mainly because got it for $100 and uses a steering column flasher module, with horn, hazards, turn signals all in one. And I don’t have any room left on the dash for switches.

I just zip tied it to the support in there. It crowds things up a little but doesn’t bother me, not somewhere I go regularly. Had the same issue with my winch solenoid, I ended up mounting it on top of the glovebox well out of the way.

Installed a tab performance spare tire carrier today. Went with this style because it keeps the rear view open. Feels like a pretty solid product. Got an HMT trip next week didn’t wanna get caught slackin out there. Clears the garage door opening by millimeters lol

hatfield ride over the weekend. Unfortunately another super atv design gripe. The tires rub the corners of the front bumper under full compression with 32’s. Even with the 1.5” forward a arms. Gonna have to do some modifications

can see where the tire is wearing the paint off the bumper. Both sides rub but the passenger side is worse than the drivers side and down to bare metal. Top picture shows how the corner of the bumper interferes with full suspension travel and the tire. Rounded edge would probably solve the problem. Gonna start by adding a little more preload to the springs and go from there. Cut the bumper remove the edge and weld if I absolutely need to.

That’s unfortunate, possibly the forward offset a arms the culprit
Could very well be. Looking at it it doesn’t seem like it would make much of a difference, appears it would hit it regardless but you never know. Gonna also try to loosen the bumper bolts and see if I can tweak it a little to maybe get some more clearance. Idk, gonna start with the easy stuff before I get the grinder out lol

Installed some shock therapy limit straps on the front after work today. No longer running a front sway bar. Had to do some grinding and painting on the lower limit strap bracket to make them work with the satv a arms but it’s all good. Didn’t know they had a shop in Charlotte, ordered yesterday and they were on my door step today.

Ya definitely. I would start with your ride height. I know my springs are shot. So that will be my next investment
I cranked the fronts up 2 turns, putting it at 3 turns over stock. Rear is at 6 turns over stock. Got more room to go if need be, fingers crossed. The bumper has no room for tweaking so can’t do anything with that
