I also wanted to add some feedback on the companies and products I’ve dealt with over the last few weeks. I ordered the assault industries half windshield from fueled UTV and once installed I peeled the protective film off to find out that the scratch resistant coating was actually delaminating from the windshield. Contacted fueled utv who then reached out to assault industries who had me a new windshield on my doorstep within a few days. Nothing but good things to say about both companies. The razorback off-road door bags arrived missing the 3 push pins for each side to complete mounting. I contacted RBO and spoke to a very helpful woman there. She said they would send the pins out to me asap. I explained I was going on a ride that weekend and would appreciate if she could send me pictures so I could just pick some up at the auto parts store myself. They offered to reimburse me but honestly I wasn’t too worried about it the pins cost like 4$. Other than that the bags are awesome and the built in knee pad is a nice little feature I never knew I needed. I’ve used SuperATV parts for years with great results but when I called satv to let them know the new radius rods don’t work with a bumper customer service was generally clueless and unhelpful, essentially telling me tough luck. The second person I talked to at customer service still gave me some incorrect information but overall very helpful and we ended up getting everything squared away in the end. I still think they make a good product and the shipping times/deals were hard to beat. The spring brake thingy is cool but I feel like I gotta absolutely stomp the brake as hard as I can to get it to the point where it locks in place. Idk maybe it’s supposed to be like that but it just feels like a crazy amount of force to me. Also, they sell the model for the 2024 on their website but I found out it’s identical to the one for the previous gen except they just shaved a little metal off one of the corners. So if you wanna buy a cheapo off Amazon and do a little shaving you can save yourself about 50$ going that route. I already discussed afx before so I’m not gonna beat that dead horse but only advice I can give is stay away. Still going through the return process with them so we’ll see how that pans out. As for everything else I’ve been really happy with all of it and have been impressed with quality. Really liking the pro armor stuff and also the mounts from axia alloys.
Just an update, the return process with afx took well over a month. Required multiple phone calls (if they even answer) and multiple emails to get anything done every step of the way. Once they received the returned item, I didn’t hear anything back for weeks which required more phone calls/emails and several more weeks to receive a refund to my card. In the end, they made it right, but man do they make you work for it lol. On a separate return with SuperATV, they had the return processed and money refunded to my account within days with one phone call. Moral of the story, stick with reputable dealers. I’m not here to bash any company, just sharing my experience and honest opinion of the products they offer to hopefully help others.

Added an AFX Motorsports spare tire carrier and more recently the Polaris tonneau.

AFX carrier is good piece of equipment. Installed and didn't budge over the weekend at Mill Creek, Ozark NF. Related note wish I would have known to buy front wheels for spare due to clearance (heads up here if you didn't know). Overall better value than OEM options.

OEM plastic tonneau appears as if it should do as it's intended. It won't lock or be completely water proof as-is. Nor will it open fully with the tire carrier though you can still fit and access plenty inside. I will do some tinkering to address some of those items. We have wrapped the underside of the bed (and behind rear seats) with Hushmat. Really helps with sound deadening and heat.

Man I just can’t get on board with the afx stuff. Both things I got from them was absolute dumpster find quality with terrible fitment issues. Customer service was also lackluster. I returned one item and the a-arm guards are still sitting on the stock a-arms in a box. They ended up sending me the correct brackets for the guards but the overall quality is still meh. The trailing arm guards were an absolute joke. I’ll sell the a-arm guards cheap if you want em lol but until then they will most likely sit in that box for the remainder of their life

Giving me buyers remorse over here.

To be fair I did go with AFX because they had the cheapest option.

i get it. But hey man if your carrier bolted up no problem and is working Im happy for ya lol. I wasn’t so lucky. I ordered from them becuase at the time the only company offering trailing arm guards and a-arm guards was pro armor and afx. My pro armor bumper took almost a month to arrive and both those products had an even longer estimated wait time than that so I took a chance on afx. I’ve since ended up ordering the satv trailing arm guards for the earlier model rzr’s and fun fact, they fit. I also ordered the satv high clearance a-arms so no longer have a need for the jenky guards from afx so I’ll just call it 160$ lost and lesson learned lol

Question for those that ran the light bars. How did you guys run the wires for the front light bars? I just bought my 2024 Ultimate a month ago.
Bought pulse bar pigtails off Amazon for like 15$ and plugged into the pulse bar. Wired that to a niilight relay harness. Ran the relay harness to the light bar and to a rocker switch on the dash. There’s plenty of pulse bar wiring diagrams online for reference, only 3 wires. If I remember correctly ground is black, constant + is red and keyed + is blue. Use the red wire as main power to the relay (fused) and blue wire to trigger the relay on and off from the key. The rocker switch is in line with the trigger wire so when you turn the key on the rocker is hot, allowing on/off control of the light bar with the rocker switch. Hope that’s not too confusing.

Through the center dash hole, over the glove box, and come out in top passenger side of cab. The up through the opening of the upper cage, then out one of the holes above your head on inside of cage. Then i drilled a 1/4” hole through the roof for wires to go through

Bolts are temporary. (What i had) Put this piece around the coolant lines, front shaft, and blocked most of the 200 degree air blowing in from under the floor between the skid plate into the cab.
Been on two 6-8 mile drives so far. Definitely makes a big difference so far. Will put to test in next couple weeks.

got the wheels and tires on last night. 32x10-15 terrabites on 15x7 system 3 sb5’s. Broke the very last bolt on one of the beadlocks somehow but was able to get it out with an extraction bit and get it right. Not sure how that happened I was using a torque wrench and tightening to 15ft/lbs per system 3’s website, but oh well

I have used terrabites on my last 2 vehicles and really like them, do these actually measure 32"? and looking at the system 3 I can only find sb4. not sure what the difference is. what is the offset? 4.0 + 3.0? as soon as I finish wearing out these soft polaris OEM's i'll be in the market.

They measure about 31.25. If you just type in system 3 sb5 on google it should come right up. I got mine through chapparal motorsports. You can go to the system 3 website and all their wheels are listed there. These are 5+2 offset.

I wonder if 33 terrabites would be a better size. Do you feel the difference in weight without clutch change? (assuming you havent changed it out). On my 900s there was quite a bit of noticeable difference before i changed to a duraclutch but my riding is much more logging roads etc, so a harder tire works much better for me.
