You can wire them to the pulse outlets. Let me know what you need I have discounts.

 

On my ProXP I'm getting power for the whips and rock lights from the pulse bar via a relay.

As for the dealing with 5150 I can't recommend them enough. They have a solid product and stand behind it. I purchased a set of 5150 187 whips and I have broken/damaged three whips in the three years I have had them and they replaced them each time with out an issue.

You will not need a relay for the whips unless you want one. The 5150 whip wiring harness with a relay is $24.99.
