2019 Turbo S Velocity Clutch issue.

Hello all. In need of help. Have a 2019 Turbo S Velocity with less than 100 miles. Purchased new in Jan 2020 but due to Covid was unable to return to Canada to use it until this week. On my last few short rides I noticed some odd clutch behavior. Seems when you accelerate slowly and get up near 6000 rpm, the clutch acts as though it's stuck and not wanting to increase in travel unless you ask for a lot from it. If just increasing speed slightly, feels like you are being held back. Once even with full throttle at the stage, no change in speed and engine never did really rev up. On one occasion on decel, I heard an odd belt whine when slowing and the clutch was disengaging. Interested to know if others ever had the same and if any ideas what this could be? Could something need tweaking or lubing since it sat for 3 years?

I would like to add that after one of the first rides there was a slight amount of red fluid on the under side of the frame. Primarily under the front suspension and center skid plates area. Any idea what this red fluid could be?

Thanks in advance.

Have you opened your clutch cover yet? If it sat for three years I would pull the cover off and inspect/clean everything. Give you a better idea of what is going on in there.
Did you change the fluids as well? Engine, diff, trans, etc.

I removed the clutch cover. All is clean, dry, belt is new and sitting properly. Ran it in neutral and the clutches cycle as normal. All fluids are good. I removed the skid plate and the bulk of the oil seemed to be below the cup holder on the coolant lines. Not coolant leaking. Oil and red in color. Not sure what is red in the TURBO S? This issue is intermittent. Has me puzzled.
