I have a brand new 2019 570 with 37 miles on it , it’s blowing the 15a light fuse , so no headlights/taillights. I’ve done no mods yet , no aux lights or winch etc. machine fires right up and runs fine but when I click the ign switch to headlight setting it blows fuse instantly. The blue dash light is fine. Anyone else experience this ? Many thanks

Check your tail lights. Mine ended up dropping down onto the muffler and melting the insulation, shorting them out. If you can start up without pushing down the brake, it's probably that. I ended up just rewiring the harness instead of paying $50 for a new one. Then I zip tied the wires up. Also check the fuse block behind the firewall behind the seats mounted to the frame next to the front motor mount. There's a couple 30a fuses there. Anyway, here's what my wires looked like. Before and after.

And while you've got the taillight bulbs out, replace them. Either LED or incandescent, you'll find two standard bulbs that fit. One is brighter. It's also hotter, melts the taillight lens and the plastic around it starts to crumble. Get the dimmer one, works fine.

It must be in the headlight circuit because the tail lights are on all the time. I would look from the headlight bulbs back to the headlight switch. Look for a pinched harness. Because its got so few miles its obviously a factory defect. Its possible its wired wrong somewhere but do a visual check of the headlight harness first.

You'd think it'd be the headlights, but my tail light popped the 10a fuse for lights behind the steering wheel twice before it finally blew the 30a fuse in the engine bay and threw a code. Not saying that's where it's coming from for his issue, just made a suggestion of a place to look.
Rusty has the right idea though. Take it to the dealership and have them fix it.

Update. Replaced a couple of fuses and now it’s fine. (for now anyway) I’ll just keep an eye on it and carry extra fuses. Thanks for the quick replies , this is a good resource. I don’t want to have to take to the dealer , I live on the Mtn and my trailer is 75 miles away , pain in the butt.
Tks again
