@185EZ lol I was typing as you posted. I call BS too. It's a shim under bucket. Which maybe the measurement and math is more than they can fathom. And replacing a top end they'll more than likely have to set the valve clearance. Find another shop, or if you're mechanically inclined it's not difficult to do.
