Wondering if any knows of a company out there that sells complete front differential replacements for the diff. # 1333344

Unfortunately my '15 xp1k also came with the 1333344 which has a shorter cage and shorter rollers than the 1333112. Brandon @ HD Extreme Offroad can sell and support you with everything you need, give him a call: 318-615-0043 or hit him up on FB. I rebuilt mine with his parts listed here and it's a completely different and dependable front diff now, no ratcheting at all for about 3 months and solid engagement each and every time. Tru-Lok Harness, Pinion Bearing and Seal Kit, Hardened Ring Gear Pin, HD Armature Plate, 24L Hardened Billet Sprague Cage, Long Rollers, Double Sleeved Hub Set.

I did the Coffman rs1 diff swap on my 18 xpt.
On the turbo I would not recommend having a inbound mounted winch, Joe said it would be tight. Its tight! Especially with the extra hoses for the intercooler. On your machine it should be ok but I would mock it up and decide from there. I'll be moving my winch to a winch bumper

The swap is pretty easy all in all, as long as you have a grinder and a reciprocating saw.
I did end up missing some hardware ... a washer and a low profile nyloc nut that was impossible for me to source. (Thanks Jeremy for not shipping that out like you said ya would! Appreciate that buds)
The other caveat would be changing out the steering rack if the need arises. You may have to pull the diff to get to it, real estate is at a premium around that area. I haven't crossed that bridge yet though.
The blue arrow area I had to keep add a little more clearance than in the instructions, after i did that the diff rolled right in. The square blue box is the bolts to the steering rack that may prove to be difficult to reach after the swap

All in all I would recommend the Coffman kit. Fitment and machine work was excellent. Their packaging could use some refinement...
I would ask that they ziploc all the hardware so it's not just bouncing around in a box doing the USPS plinko and a prayer thing
