2015 900 trail. Clunk noise from rear.

Bought my rzr 2 weeks ago. I have 25 miles on it now. Ever since I unloaded it off my truck I could hear a small clunking noise coming from the rear left hand side when I would make a right and left turn or over bumps, logs, ect. As I rode it got louder and louder. So I brought it to work and detailed and disassembled the rear plastic.

I had my buddy rock the rzr back and forth. And there it was the clunk noise loud as can be. Found out the sway bar link on the left hand side on the a arm was loose and actually bent the tab on the arm.

I have plans on removing the sway bar at a later time but for now I just tighten it up. Right hand side was a bit loose also.
Anyone else have this problem yet?

Had the same problem (and same solution) on my 570. Tightened it up!

They must not have tightened any of them because my 15 trail just started doing it at 75 miles. I had to tightened both rear sway bar links.

This is very common. If you haven't already, check the from sway bar too.

Hi I have had this same noise for last 500 miles, I did tighten the sway bars when it started it went away but now its back. Maybe I have to re-tighten. In your second picture, where is that exactly, does not look familiar.

Top of rear upper control arm.

This is the left rear upper sway bar link bolt that was very loose . Right side wasn't as loose but loose.

I took mine to the dealer because I had the same noise on my 2015 900 xc. The dealer replaced the bushing and tightened it up.
