2013 RZR 800s Primary/secondary clutch help

Hey guys.

I recently purchased a primary clutch off this site and when I got it in, one of the fins on the rear of the stationary sheave was broken. Has anyone else broken one of these, and is it OK? To me it seems like it would cause some imbalance and I don't want to damage the crank or anything. I also attached a picture of the slider bearing behind the spider. Does this look messed up? Its like the finish is coming off of it.

Also, when I am driving the RZR, and let off the gas, when the primary begins to spread apart again, the secondary seems to hold open for a slight period (causing slop in the belt since it is no longer engaged to the primary which has begun traveling back open) then the secondary begins to move back together which causes a "whirring" sound and what feels like EBS. Is this normal, and have I just never noticed this before? It seems noisy. The cover was off for this when I was noticing all of this, so I could see what was going on.

Thank you in advance for any help.

Nick

Screw him post it up so everyone knows . If he refunded his last clutch obviously he has sold the same clutch to someone else they just got lucky and got their money back. Send a message to administrators . I hate it when dickheads screw people out of money they worked hard for....

Well, he had a new in box clutch I paid $375 for. No big deal, I saved $35 over babbits online. I then saw I got refunded and he wouldn't say why. He then put this one for sale.

Probably an expensive lesson. Some things you just don't buy used. I trust the people on this forum so it is surprising to get screwed. Hind sight his recent joining the forum is a red flag
I guess I'm too trustworthy. I ask questions before I buy parts. I'm not trying to be annoying, but I want to know what I'm getting. I'd say condition wasn't what he said.. maybe I should have been alarmed when he said "I dont want you to be worried about buying a clutch its only 275..."

file a dispute with paypal to get your money back.....
I started a PayPal dispute. Hopefully it works out. I'm out another couple weeks but oh well. I might just buy a new one and be done with it.
