RZR4SAR-Where are you located? I thought those trails looked an aweful lot like WV but then looked at your location and saw Canada. But then I saw that the video is posted under Elk River Offroad. I enjoy your detailed posts and pictures of your 570. I am hoping to have mine in the next couple of months. I live in southern upshur county in WV and would love to catch up with you when I get mine so you can show me some things to keep an eye on, or whatever. Keep up the good posts!

 

The videos are not of myself but others that have posted on the tube. Just saves everyone from logging onto the tube and searching for 570 videos every day. I get a tube alert when a new 570 is posted and if I think it will satisfy a waiting 570 to be owner...I post it. As more info comes available I will slow down in the links to the videos...

I took my RZR 570 out today and was extremely impressed with how it handled the mud. I am on stock tires and towards the end the tires looked like slicks since the short treads were packed with clay. I can't imagine what it will do with some mud tires and a lift.

Yes he was. Lucky for me he was nice enough to blaze a trail at the end of the video by knocking some trees over so I had a path out.

We are going to have to clutch Richards 570 for the 30's soon, the 570 really is impressive for a lil single cylinder!!!!!

 

By the way, in the 3rd video above I like how you took all the deep spots on her side!! too funny!

 

Isn't it ironic since I've got the waders on? In another video I posted I kept her in the trees for most of the ride.

Between diving, cars, bikes, and now UTV's I've got my use out of the gopro. You can take it anywhere.

Good video...by the end I am all "pumped" up then things go for a "crap" then "yak" up. :rofl3:

 

That ending was a little strange but what a beautiful area to ride.

 

That is just about max water deepth for the air intakes.

 

Again not my video but here is a good audio example around 2:15 minutes of the whining sound you will hear when the 570 is in free wheel mode down a hill. Be ready on the brakes because there is no compression braking as you might have experienced in the past with other products like Can Am atvs. I expect I will be replacing brake parts a lot more on my 570 without compression braking.

 

To get engine braking simply blip the throttle a little when going down hill. That will let the belt engage the clutch for engine braking.

 

X2 I drive with 2 feet going down hill 1 on the brake and 1 keeping the clutch engaged by blipping the throttle
